Summer ain’t summer without some fishing — either out on the lake or reaping the benefits later! We have the perfect way to cook that catfish once you get it off the line.  In honor of National Catfish Day (June 25), we decided to pull out this delicious recipe that utilizes not only fish, but an ice cold can of beer. Borrowed from our friends at AllRecipes, Beer Battered Fish is just too good to pass up, and it combines two favorites: beer and fish! The original recipe calls for cod, but feel free to put this beer-battered goodness on just about any seafood, include catfish.
