IAQ equipment supported: The equipment meets strict air-quality standards of the California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) for low-NOx emissions.

Additional features: The unit is capable of combining 16 boilers in a cascade sequence operation without the addition of additional controls. Only one additional temperature sensor is needed. The turndown ratio for burner modulation is 5:1, which allows the output capacity to more closely match the heat demand under various loads.

Warranty information: A one-year parts and labor warranty is provided (labor coverage starting on day 31) if the boiler is fully registered (via warranty card or online registration). A 12-year limited heat exchanger warranty is also available. Visit peerlessboilers.com for complete details.

Special installation requirements: An appropriate location for the vent termination is very important, whether it’s a vertical chimney, sidewall vent, or one of many terminations shown in the installation, operation, and maintenance (IOM) manual that comes with the boiler. Adequate water flow through the boiler heat exchanger can be assured by selecting an appropriate circulator pump and a primary/secondary piping configuration, as shown in the IOM manual.

Serviceability features: All components, including the controls, are easily accessible for service and annual maintenance. The boiler is designed specifically for ease of installation and service.
